Glory of God Will Fill the Earth

Habakkuk 2:13-15 (AMP)

13 “Is it not indeed from the Lord of hosts
That peoples labor [only] for the fire [that will destroy their work],

And nations grow weary for nothing [that is, things which have no lasting value]

14 “But [the time is coming when] the earth shall be filled
With the knowledge of the glory of the Lord,

As the waters cover the sea.

Habakkuk 2:

14 For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.

Numbers 14:

19 Pardon, I beseech thee, the iniquity of this people according unto the greatness of thy mercy, and as thou hast forgiven this people, from Egypt even until now.

20 And the Lord said, I have pardoned according to thy word:

21 But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the Lord.

22 Because all those men which have seen my glory, and my miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted me now these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice;

23 Surely they shall not see the land which I sware unto their fathers, neither shall any of them that provoked me see it:

24 But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him will I bring into the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall possess it.

It has to be understood by believers that when the scriptures talk about the glory of the Lord filling the earth, it's not talking about the general presence of God being everywhere, as that's simply the result of being spirit, meaning the anatomical makeup of God. That reflects part of who God is, but it's not what it means concerning the glory of filling the earth as mentioned above.

Habakkuk confirms this when it describes this phenomenon by saying a little differently: "...the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord." He adds the word knowledge.

That obviously means knowledge of people outside of God Himself. People will have a knowledge of the Lord, and that knowledge will fill the earth some day.

One last thing concerning that point, it's not talking about so-called Christian TV. I've heard some make that assertion in the past, but it's a nonsensical idea.

God isn't talking about people purveying information when He's talking about knowledge, He's talking about a people that have a knowledge of who He is and being obedient unto that knowledge. It's referring to a people that embody all that God is in corporate expression.

So what does this filling of the earth with the glory of God mean? The scriptures use Caleb as an example of the type of man that will represent that in the earth.

After God responds to Moses' plea to forgive the iniquity of the children of Israel by agreeing to do it, it's there that He reveals what is meant by the phrase.

God says He agrees to forgive them, but they can't enter into the promised land. Only a certain type of person can enter there. It's quite simple and easy to understand.

Caleb has another spirit with him, said God, adding that Caleb has followed the Lord "fully." That is the person that will be brought into all the promises of God, which will ultimately fill the earth because a growing number of people, by the grace of God, will also fully follow the Lord, which means they'll obey His commands and laws.

Possessing the land isn't just having a presence there, which is why the general presence of God isn't enough, as it relates to His purpose for creating mankind. God already had that before creation, it added nothing to Him to create, He already was all of Himself in His essence.

What possessing the land meant was there will be a people that respond in obedience to God and live their lives by following the Lord fully. That is how the knowledge of the Lord will fill the earth. It's through an obedient people who trust Him and act and live in accordance with that trust.

This is something very specific and not general. It's another way of saying we're to be conformed to the image of Christ. Even more, it's the totality of what is mentioned as God's eternal purpose in the letter of Paul to the Ephesians.

God's purpose from before creation was to create a people so they would bear His image and take dominion over the earth and subdue it. That included taking on His characteristics (not divinity) and managing the world and everything in it.

Again, this is the practical meaning of the glory of the Lord filling the earth. He has chosen mankind as the means to do so in order that His glory would be seen everywhere. This is the manifestation of the sons of God creation so eagerly waits for.

Followers of Jesus Christ are to be a Counter Culture

Something has transpired over the years concerning Christianity, especially in the West, which has turned demographics on its head.

This was discovered and understood by many when Christians in America starting voting in their chosen candidates, and afterwards no meaningful legislation was enacted to represent the voters who put leaders in place. This was specifically true with Presidents Ronald Reagan and Bush II.

What has been concluded is Christians in America are no longer the majority, and it has changed the way some leaders are approaching our culture.

Instead of the counter culture that emerged in the 1960s, which at the time was a very vocal but significant and growing minority, it has now changed to them and their progeny representing the majority of Americans. This is why we need to change our tactics going forward if we want to initiate and enact long-term and meaningful change. That will require turning our attention from the national scene to a local focus.

The first thing to understand and embrace is Christians in America are now a minority in the country. If we aren't willing to acknowledge that, we will find ourselves in despair if we try to work at the national level to change the direction of the country.

It also has to be understood that I'm not just talking politics here, as that is simply an extension of what is happening in the overall country. If there isn't a return to the Bible and true Christianity, there won't be any hope on the national stage. For that reason we need to change our tactics to the local level, and realize we are now the counter culture, with the dominant culture being one based upon secular humanism and resistance to God. We can't and shouldn't operate under the assumption we are a Christian nation. We aren't. We were of course birthed and built upon Christian principles, but we are no longer that people.

The same is true for all other Western countries that had been influenced by Christianity over the centuries.

There is no reason to be discouraged by this, as the consequence of it all is to change our strategy and tactics, not our goals. The goal is for the knowledge of Jesus Christ to be spread through the world, and for the nations to learn of and obey His laws and commands, as the Great Commission tells us to communicate to the nations.

I believe Christianity, before the return of Jesus Christ, will be the dominant way of life on earth. But we also have to know that Jesus told us when He was on the earth that the wheat and tares would grow together (Mt. 13:24-30). There would never be a time when evil would be totally eradicated. It'll be here until Jesus rids the universe and heaven of it.

What that means is as Christianity expands and grows in conjunction with conformity to Jesus Christ and His will, the enemies of Christ will also grow in conjunction with their father, the devil.

That doesn't mean the tares will dominate the earth, only that those that continue to reject Jesus Christ and His ways will grow worse and worse. There will be an increasing distinction between the followers or Christ and those that reject Him.

We are a new creation, we are a peculiar people in contrast to those that aren't born from above. No matter what our numbers and dominance in this life, we will and should be always separate from those that reject God's commands and laws as revealed in the Bible.

Our job now is to continue to work on reducing the evil leaven permeating the world by limiting or cutting off access to the means of propaganda used to capture our children and grandchildren, and even us.

That means carefully considering what is allowed to be watched on TV and the Internet, as well as removing our children from the public school system. If we don't at least do those things, we will struggle to build a future because out children are the future of planet earth, and if the world wins them, there is nothing we can do to expand the kingdom of God in the years ahead.

In other words, we must be defensive and protect our children first, and from there go on the offensive. If we don't do that, we'll lose the battle for the hearts and minds of our children, while attempting to snatch those already deceived by the devil and those following him from the fire. It makes no sense to do one without the other. We must do both, with the first step being to protect our own house.

The importance of being a counter culture is we are seen as salt and light to a fallen world. We are an alternative to those that are deceived and being deceived. While our words are important, it's far more effective for there to be a people seen living out the requirements of the Gospel of Jesus Christ before the world. That the value of the counter culture, that's what it means to be a city on the hill.

So far there has been resistance from the majority of Christians to do that which is needed to separate ourselves from the world. We are indeed in the world, but we are not of this world. Being born from above means the very life of Christ comes to dwell within us by the Holy Spirit. That is not only totally different from the world, it is in opposition to this world.

Until we're willing to pay the cost, we will continue to be overwhelmed and ineffective in our pursuit of the kingdom of God. May God grant us grace and mercy through Jesus Christ to embrace our heritage and become true and faithful ambassadors on His behalf.

The stakes are high. The eternal lives of our children and grandchildren are the battleground. Nothing should stand in the way of us giving them a chance at resisting the corrupt culture of the world and the way it attempts to infiltrate and permeate their lives. If we don't do it, who will?

Christians are Now the Counter Culture in the West

There are a lot of Christians in the West have their faith tested in ways they never have had before, as over time it has become apparent, even in the U.S., that we have lost our assumed status of being a majority, and are easily a minority in the nation.

Other countries in the West have already went through that process.

Some are entering into despair, as they are bombarded everywhere by hatred of Christ and His people. The problem is many are confused because the blinders are being slowly removed from their eyes, and it's shocking to see what has been right in front of their eyes for years: The West is no longer predominately Christian, and hasn't been for years.

That doesn't mean our nation's foundations didn't have Christian roots. It means we are living on borrowed capital that has slowly eroded the morals and institutions so many have had trust in in the past, and realize it's become a cancer that has spread and permeated the culture, which has become anti-Christian to the core, and antagonistic towards the God of the Bible.

Worse, false and deceived people that name the name of Jesus, have been so absorbed into the culture, it has reached the state that if you assert the Bible should be the standard of our faith, we are considered dangerous and enemies of their contrived 'truth.'

This isn't to discourage, but to help understand we're now in the place we need to be defensive and offensive in our spiritual battle at the same time.

We need to find ways to disconnect from the influence of this cancerous culture on our children and grandchildren. Many adults need to do this for themselves as well. If we don't, it'll be shocking how subtly this evil can slowly ease its way into our thoughts as well, influencing us without even knowing it's happening.

As a counter culture, we not only should find ways to separate our children from the influence of the culture, but should live in a way that will offer alternatives to those seeking answers, as it'll eventually implode.

Either we embrace the God of the Bible and obey His commands and bring all our thoughts into captivity to it, or we'll be empty shells, filled with the ideology of the world until there is no distinction between us and them.

We aren't of this world, as Jesus taught us, as He is not of this world. That brings an awesome opportunity to live as light and salt in the midst of the growing corruption, while we study the Scriptures and prepare ourselves for service that will provide answers for those that have lost all hope and living lives that oppose themselves.

This is really what Jesus' New World Order is all about.

What Will Jesus' New World Order Look Like?

It's difficult to communicate with followers of Jesus Christ concerning His ruling and reigning on the earth in this age. The problem tends to be people thinking it means taking over the existing government and forcing people to obey. That isn't it at all.

What Jesus has always had in mind is a people that walk in obedience to Him with the help of the Holy Spirit; meaning, a people that are self-disciplined. From there, as we are commanded by Jesus in what is called "The Great Commission," we are to teach nations to observe all that He has commanded. That includes of course all of the revelation in the Holy Scriptures.

We're not talking about an ecclesiocracy, as misguided Catholics attempted to impose, with clergy leading everything - including civil government. There are different spheres of dominion, including the family, church and civil government. Each operates separate from one another, although in the kingdom of God, they have an influence upon each other.

So the idea of separate of church and state isn't Biblical, if it is meant by that the state is to be separated from the commands of Jesus Christ as revealed in the Scriptures. Whether the church, family or state, all must bow down before the Lord Jesus Christ.

The New World Order of Jesus will be one that comes about from the moving of the Holy Spirit within the hearts and minds of people, and ordered by the revelation of Jesus Christ within the Holy Scriptures. In other words, what God has always had in mind before the foundation of the world: a people representative of and obedient to Him.

We are a people called to take responsibility. First for our own lives, and than those whom God has called us to serve. Within those parameters, we can search out the Scriptures and find insight into how we can do the will of God in every area of life. That's the new creation. That's what God intended from before the foundation of the world.

Will Jesus Send His People to the Stars?

There are a lot of assumptions we make concerning Jesus Christ and the scriptures, as we, for the most part, view time and our existence from the point of view of man and temporal things, rather than from an eternal outlook.

With that in mind, I've sometimes wondered if the earth is the final destination for Jesus and His people in this age, or if God has a larger plan for us.

Short work on the earth?

For example, it does say He will make a short work on the earth. But in regard to time, what does that even mean for Him who considers a thousand years as a day? We truly have no idea.

Short to Him could mean a million years. It could be much longer.

One thing for sure, over time we'll have to come up with a lot of creative solutions if we're going to meet the needs a growing population will have.

Those that aren't believers in Jesus Christ sometimes look to the stars in order to escape the realities of this world that have come about from sin. But even if God were to allow us the lifespans and technology to multiply into space, we would have to deal with the same things we've had to deal with on earth, as far as the heart of man goes.

We would still have to be born again, as we would still have to obey the commands of God as they relate to interacting with one another.

Exploring the Universe

That said, it's exciting to think of the possibility this universe has far more purpose to it than we may know. The earth may be the launching pad to spread the 'earth' all over the stars, via our humanity. After all, our bodies are made from the earth, and if we were to travel through space, that means we would be planting earth on the planets we would populate and subdue unto the glory of the Lord, just like we are to do with the earth.

I don't believe there is intelligent life on other planets, but I do believe, because God is life, that there could be the building blocks of life there in microscopic form. It may not be how it is, but I don't see any problem with that being a possibility.

My reason for that belief is God created the universe based upon invisible, eternal things associated with himself. That suggests to me wherever His creation is, there will be something of life there; whatever form it may take.

Again, so it's not misunderstood, I'm not talking about aliens or something like that. I'm talking about created things that may be able to be used to sustain life once a planet is discovered and inhabited.

Who knows if God's purpose is to have quadrillions of Christians enter the kingdom of God through eternity. Who knows if the new heavens and new earth will include billions upon billions of unexplored areas for us to discover and learn about Jesus Christ from? Who knows if that is to happen in this age and universe we're now living in?

Imagine expanding God's life in His people throughout the universe, and then for those that reject Christ, sending ambassadors with the gospel to win them to the Savior.

Picture planets and nations on those planets trading and doing business with one another under the guidance of the laws given to us by Jesus Christ.

Why couldn't that happen? What we need to do now is to embrace that reality on planet earth, as we take steps to subdue the earth as God commanded the first human beings - Adam and Eve.

If we're found to be faithful on this planet, God may give us the wisdom and knowledge to travel the universe to new galaxies and unknown regions. We can't be given responsibility for the universe if we aren't faithful on planet earth in what we've received commandment by God to do here.

Either way, we need to start working now to first obey all that Jesus has commanded us to be, think and do on earth, and from there we may look to heaven and the stars, asking God this: What's next!
view time and our existence from the point of view of man and temporal things, rather than from an eternal outlook.

The Lord's House Will Rule the World - In This Life

Isaiah 2: (KJV)

2 And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.
3 And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
4 And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
5 O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the Lord.

Micah 4 (KJV)

4 But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it.
2 And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
3 And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

Most Christians reading this assume it talks of a period of time after the resurrection of the saints. That's simply not true.

When you do a study of the last days, it's a reference to when Christ was on the earth (Heb. 1:2) and right after He went back to heaven, on the day of Pentecost when the Spirit was sent (Acts 2:17). That's the definition of last days, and that's what the scriptures above refer to went mentioning what will happen in the last days, which we are already in.

This obviously isn't referring to a time when Jesus will allegedly come to earth and rule from a centralized throne in Jerusalem. That would contradict His plan of the Gospel being spread through all the earth. What it means is Jerusalem will be represented locally by all believers in a specific locale, and the people in those regions will come to those for the word of the Lord and His law.

In other words, Jerusalem in what it represents, will be expressed locally, and all of those seeking God will go to the local church to receive instruction. It also points to the followers of Jesus Christ living in consistent obedience and having been conformed to the image of Jesus. This is what will attract those seeking a similar way of living and life.

There is a great victory ahead of us, as we live and operate under the victory Jesus Christ already won. We are to apply God's word and law to all situations in life, as we obey them ourselves. That will gradually, consistently and persistently grow over time, until the entire earth is filled with the glory of the Lord (Numbers 14:21, Habakkuk 2:14); which is a reference to His people living in obedience to Him, not His general presence being in the earth. His general presence has always been there since creation. The glory of the Lord, in this case, is a reference to Him being glorified in a people who represent who He is, and are a city that lights up the entire world.

That's why in the last days, which we're already living in, the nations will flow to the people of God to learn His ways. They will be attracted by the light and victorious life they're living in.

As the Scriptures teach, the house of the Lord will be established. Our job is to walk in obedience to God and love Him will all our hearts, and our neighbors as ourselves. That is the basic framework that all of the commands of God are based upon, which we are to learn and obey.

This is Jesus' New World Order.

Old Things Have Passed Away, All Things Have Become New

2 Corinthians 5:16-18 (KJV)

16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.

17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

If there is one verse in the scriptures which captures the essence of Jesus' New World Order, it is 2 Corinthians 5:17. It can't be any clearer than that. If we have truly been born again, we are a new creature, or new creation. That means who we were before will fade away in the light of Jesus Christ.

There are a number of phrases in the Bible that include the word new in them, which are part of this great revelation and reality. They include, new wine, new covenant (testament), new commandment, new creature, new creation, new man, new heavens, new earth, new Jerusalem, new name and new song. There are more of them, but you get the point.

Everything is new in Christ, and the Spirit of God within us starts to bring in God's new world order, which is based and built upon the person of Jesus Christ.

When Abraham looked for a city whose builder and maker was God, it wasn't some city in the sky somewhere he was looking for. What he was looking for was a city built upon the very person of God. Not only would God be the architect, but in fact, would be the architecture itself.

That architecture now resides in those truly born from above by the Holy Spirit, and is now working in us to conform us to the image of Jesus Christ.

This doesn't mean His work is only within, but that it starts there. He comes down from heaven and resides within us, and from there starts to build His character, obedience to His commands, and finally, to bring that which is worked within to the world. That's the dominion side of His image, which we as believers, are to bear.

The old things that have passed away are this world, the old creation, sin, the flesh, and everything else that is contrary to the Word of God and sound doctrine.

I'm not saying that happens instantaneously in a believers life, but it will immediately begin when truly born from above, and will continue to work to change us as long as we're alive on planet earth.

What this all means is Jesus Christ has taken up residence within us, and everything that is not of Christ will be dealt with, as it must bow down before Him who is the King of kings and Lord of lords.

Over time that which is within works itself out into the visible world, in order that the invisible and visible on this earth come together in unity as to the will of God in Jesus Christ.

That's Jesus' New World Order, and what He had in mind before the creation of the world. That's His eternal purpose.

So when the scriptures say the earth will be filled with the glory of the Lord, it's not talking about His general presence, but the fact His people have been transformed into His likeness (never perfectly before the resurrection) and are now starting to rule and reign on the earth, being a kingdom of priests.

Nebuchadnezzar and Jesus' New World Order

Daniel 2

39 And after thee shall arise another kingdom inferior to thee, and another third kingdom of brass, which shall bear rule over all the earth.

40 And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.

41 And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters' clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay.

42 And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.

43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.

44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

45 Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.

46 Then the king Nebuchadnezzar fell upon his face, and worshipped Daniel, and commanded that they should offer an oblation and sweet odours unto him.

In what I consider one of the most fascinating and powerful portions of the Holy Scriptures, God gave a dream to Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar, describing the season and significance of the coming of Jesus Christ to the earth to set up His kingdom.

His kingdom, which came into being with the manifestation of the Son of God, was prophesied to be an everlasting kingdom which would stand forever, and one that "shall never be destroyed." It couldn't be any clearer than that.

A new creation had come in the person of Jesus Christ, and after His victorious death, burial, resurrection and ascension to the Father, He was given authority over everything.

Then at Pentecost, with the indwelling of the first believers, He shared  that authority with them, and by extension, to all of those that truly believe on Him.

This is why it states in several places in the Bible that we have been made "kings and priests" unto our God and His Father (Revelation 1:6).

That isn't all though. It adds that the kingdom set up by God through Jesus Christ "shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms." There aren't two ways to interpret that. It's as clear as can be. God's kingdom will in fact take dominion over all other kingdoms. The question isn't whether or not that is true, the question is what does it mean.

One thing it means for sure is there is going to be a battle between competing kingdoms, and even though Jesus already won the battle at Calvary, that victory is to be worked out in history through His holy and obedient people.

The purpose of this article is to remind you of this, and to encourage you at this time, when it appears by all the outward manifestations that there has been a major defeat. While this has spread across the media, we need to take heart, as these are only temporary setbacks, and really only skirmishes that will escalate going forward.

For now I believe God is using this time to expose false brethren that have infiltrated the church in order to spread their evil and demonic agenda to those who oppose these things, in hopes of convincing them or taking them over in order to control the narrative and deal a death blow to the true believers.

I've got news for you. It ain't going to happen. God is not mocked, and we should take heart at this time concerning these events, as it will strengthen the church and true Christians for what is going to be a whopper of battle in which we will emerge victorious.

So quiet yourselves, rest and trust in Him, and know that the battle is the Lord's, and He is going forth from a position of a victory He has already won. We simply need to learn how to respond to this evil under the guidance of the Holy Scriptures and the Holy Spirit. We will prevail.

Man Shall Not Live By Bread Alone

Dt. 8

1 All the commandments which I command thee this day shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers.

2 And thou shalt remember all the way which the Lord thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.

3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord doth man live.

Mt. 4:4

And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

I am convinced these scriptures and what they mean, must be embraced anew by Christians, as we enter into an extraordinary period of time where we move further into ruling and reining on this earth. That means of course there will be many battles ahead.

The verses in Deuteronomy were delivered a little before Israel was to go and take the promised land. God gave them understanding into why he did what he did with them during that forty years as they waited for the generation that refused to go in to die off.

There's a lot of truth in these Scriptures, but I want to focus primarily on the framework represented in regard to going to battle of taking the land and the coming victories.

First, the word of God as referred to here is directly correlated with the law received by Moses from God and communicated to Israel. Over and over again as they prepared to take the land, God reminded and exhorted them to be sure to remember the covenant and to obey His commandments.

That's also the importance of Jesus' first temptation as well, as He spend forty days and forty nights fasting, which without a doubt correlated with the forty years of struggle Israel had to endure. So it's not surprising food was a part of the first temptation, as that was always a challenge and weakness to Israel, which caused them to complain and in some cases, rebel against God.

In the upcoming battles and promised victories, God wanted Israel to know that even when they were filled and had everything they needed, they had to understand that living in obedience to the word of God was still required, and represented real and full life. We must embrace that same attitude toward God and His commands.

The challenge for God has always been to be able to bless His people without them thinking they accomplished anything in their own strength. They also had a tendency to stop trusting God when they were full, as they were able to see their provision right in front of them, and consequently stopped trusting in God as the source of that provision.

My major point in this article is to show that living by God's word was directly related to His law or commands, and that was strongly emphasized as they prepared to go to battle. It must be the same with us.

No matter what the temporary circumstances we may face concerning struggles and challenges, we have to continue to search out and obey God's Word, as that is true life, whether things at the time are going the way we want them or not.

If we don't respond to God in this way, the result will be to have His word be negated as far as its impact upon us, as the worries and anxieties will choke it out and make it ineffective, as Mark 4 says in the parable of the sower. The problem isn't the Word or seed, the problem is the condition of the ground it is planted in.

Whether we like it or not or are ready or not, we are being forced to engage our enemies, and we need to be sure we're living in obedience to God's commands, or we'll get swept away in defeat.

DT. 11:8 says, "Therefore shall ye keep all the commandments which I command you this day, that ye may be strong, and go in and possess the land, whither ye go to possess it;..."

A key part of preparation for successful battle is that we are walking in obedience to God's commands. That gives us strength to enter into warfare and win. This is what Jesus' New World Order is all about.

Just remember, when we are told "man shall not live by bread alone," the framework of that is the commandments God has given us to obey, which are essential to taking the land.

Reason Behind Jesus' New World Order

I've noticed a lot of believers have either become increasingly fearful of the various things we read about in the media, as reports at times can give the impression our sovereign Lord, Jesus Christ, is somehow not able to change the course of history and turn things around.

The truth is He in fact has already done that, with one of the many scriptures mentioning that fact being in Mark 4, where Jesus talks to us about the kingdom through a parable, referring to the kingdom of God growing through history, based upon those that have open hearts to receive His word and obey it.

He also talks about the wheat and tares growing together; representing the kingdom of God and the kingdom of Satan. Tares look similar to wheat until they mature and are seen to be very different. The point is we tend to look only at the reporting of the tares and how they seem to dominate the world, even as numerous aspects of the kingdom of God are growing around the world.

This blog exists to explore these many areas of the kingdom of God expanding, while exposing the tares, who at this time are trying to position themselves as believers; being a Trojan horse infiltrating the people of God in order to undermine them and turn them to their evil ways.

We'll look at a lot of ways that those professing to be Christians are attempting to confuse the unlearned in order to get them to believe that is the way of Jesus Christ, when in fact it's the exact opposite.

So while looking at the tares and the evil of the kingdom of Satan, we'll provide a very positive view of what is really happening in the world, and the way the kingdom of God is truly making great strides in the world, even while the media attempts to give the impression it is going down in defeat in the face of humanism, post-modernism, feminism, socialism, even while they attempt to retain control of important areas of life like government, education, family and media.

That is rapidly changing as believers respond to their God-given command to subdue the earth. We are not at the end of all things, we're really at the beginning of a move by God to spread the knowledge of Himself around the world through His representatives.

Since it's impossible for His Word to return void, we can have confidence in the fact that He will respond to our prayer of His kingdom coming to this earth in the same way it is expressed in heaven.

So don't be discouraged or in despair, there are a lot more victories than we are being told, and they're only going to increase as our enemies over reach and try to force their evil on the world and God's people.

As I'll show you, God has already started to do many things to counter this dark flood spreading across the world, by raising up a standard against him. We'll look at the confirmation of that in the scriptures, as well as look at numerous things happening around the world initiated by the followers of Jesus Christ.

While the attempt by elites to launch a New World Order gets a lot of attention, I'm not concerned about it, as Jesus Christ launched His own New World Order about 2000 years ago, and that will continue to grow, expand, and be victorious as we grow closer to the end of this dispensation.
